THE TEAM AT THE BULL INN, STANFORD DINGLEY
Andy Loupekine and Laura Maton have reinvigorated The Bull at Stanford Dingley over the past two years and in a very short time have created a thriving and popular country inn and hostelry.
Andy Loupekine is the tour de force in the kitchens. Andy’s passion for food began at twenty and his career path has advanced him through a number of well renowned dining destinations such as The Crab at Chieveley, The Crazy Bear, Bistro Roque and Gordon Ramsey’s Royal Hospital Road.
Laura Maton began her career in hospitality at the age of fourteen in her local pub. She enjoyed the work so much that she continued with it throughout university and beyond. Laura is committed to provide the highest level of customer service to all patrons.
2007 brought Andy and Laura together in a successful five year partnership at The Queen’s Head in Bradfield. When the opportunity to run The Bull in Stanford Dingley presented itself, they grasped it with both hands.
Andy and Laura have thoroughly enjoyed expanding their kitchen and front of house teams with like-minded and dedicated people. Keen to invest back into their industry to create careers for others, Laura and Andy are always interested in talking to individuals who wish to start a career in catering and hospitality.
Always on the look out for new talent, Laura and Andy can provide a training programme which will give committed individuals an opportunity to combine work with qualifications.
